Anzio Apartments

I felt very comfortable. Everyone is very welcoming and helpful especially Alin! She’s really nice! Definitely helped through out the leasing process. I needed the apartment ASAP by the end of the month and got it as soon as 1 week. Very calm area. Very nice apartments!

I found this hidden gem through a coworker and decided to check them out. Currently I reside in Douglasville but wanted to move closer to my job. I went to this property to inquire about rates and move in. I was welcomed by a young lady name Erica(I think that was her name). She did tell me she was new to the property as a manager but was able to answer every question asked. I think this will be my new home. The staff and management were very welcoming and helpful.

I recently moved in with my partner here and the quality of the apartment is just great. Tiffany helped us with the best customer service she is just so helpful and charismatic. I could not be happier with the process of moving in Anzio.

I have only been here a few weeks but so far so good for the most part. My only disappointment is trash left in the parking lot by some residents on a regular basis. All of my maintenance requests have been answered in a timely manner. Amber assisted me with everything to make my move go smoothly. She is a Rock Star and very thorough and patient. I felt very welcome and glad I got to work with her. Her follow up skills are above and beyond. I would recommend this community.
