I’m Not good with banking. Had an issue with Money being returned to my account, talked to the manager, Steve was extremely helpful and explained everything very thoroughly so I could understand as well as resolving the issue

The Michelle Silva Statefarm agency is such a great office. The staff is so friendly and really informative. Michelle was able to answer all my questions and help me choose the best plan for my family. I felt like they truly were thinking with my best interest in mind. Michelle is incredibly knowledgeable and most importantly looks after your best interest. She will not just quote you what you ask, she will make sure you are completely covered for all of life’s major events. She genuinely cares about her customers and wants them to be set for life.
