Called to see about delivery and they allow pickup. Unlike less friendly agents (like Fed Ex with a 30min pickup window) they seem to be 24/7 open. When we picked up everyone was friendly and they even gave my daughters cookies and Cheetos left over from a cookout. They were fast at locating my package and even loaded it for me without me asking for help. Overall my most pleasant freight experience in hundreds of deliveries and decades of shipping items. I'd give 6 stars if I could.

Note - The entrance is on the south side of the complex marked incorrectly in google as being on the north side. Just a heads up.
