Such a fantastic experience! Robb was our technician and he was just the best. Not only did he clean and rearrange our logs and replace the embers, but he went over safety steps on using our fireplace, maintenance tips, and general knowledge that owners should know. Very friendly, professional and knowledgeable, Robb was better than I could have hoped for. Thank you so much for your wonderful service!

This is truly a family owned business with a laser focus on outstanding customer service. We were so impressed with Kimberly and her knowledge of the gas log business, she doesn't up sale you on anything that you don't need and helped us to pick out the log set we really wanted. Her brother and brother-in-law installed the set with precision and our safety as homeowners in mind. The fireplace has never looked so good! Better than with a real wood fire! I would highly recommend this business if you are looking to install gas log or even just buy a gas BBQ Grill.

Five + stars for the Brown Family. I thought about buying online and installing the gas logs myself. But I got an ad in the mail with a coupon and stopped by this local family-owned business. Kim sold me in about 15 minutes, and Mike came out the next day and installed the logs in about 30 minutes. Mike has been doing this a while and he's an artist. I never could have done this as well myself, and am very happy to buy from a local family-owned business in these tough times. I'll come back when I'm ready for a new gas grill. Many thanks.
