I have no reason to give anything LESS than 5 stars, in fact, this deserves so many more stars! I love the owners here, they are always there when I need them at the drop of a hat (and sometimes, that happens). I can phone them up on short notice and if they can't accommodate me immediately, they make it possible for me to get in with a little bit larger of a unit. They are so accommodating, I have used Columbia Village Storage and a few occasions and they never let me down! They are so kind, friendly, caring, and compassionate, and...UNDERSTANDING!

Thank you for all you have done for me! I'm sure I'll need you again, and I WILL be phoning you!
