  Of the 9 places I've lived within London, and the many practices I've visited, this is by far the best. I've encountered 4 or 5 consultants here now, and each one is consistently excellent- knowledgeable, articulate, caring, and right on schedule. The interior is bright, modern and clean. There is a pharmacy immediately next door, which is handy, although some items aren't immediately in stock and need to be ordered.

  The Reception Staff are always welcoming, friendly & very helpful & the Drs are such consummate professionals one really feels at ease & totally cared for with them. This Branch of The Group definitely has the Cream of The Crop. If you’re new to the area do consider registering here.
  Also need to shout out for DR ENNALS, who, yesterday saved my life !! My pulse hit 157 but I’m here to stay after she whipped into action (along with the Practice)& got me a white van w blue lights & amazing EMT’s !!
  When the chips are down I’m VERY glad I was at The Grafton- THANK YOU EVERYONE ????????????

  Has been my practice for over 15 years. I don't get many problems, just checkups here and there and the they refurbished the place and it's a better environment. The expanded the waiting rooms to downstairs and also upstairs. The waiting time is a pain (around 15-30minutes for me) but hey, this is really normal since there's only a few doctors and nurses and they tend to a lot of patients. I've never had the same doctor or nurse (i dont really care who i see) and MOST of them are great except for one when i was getting a shot.

  I recently joined this surgery about 6 months in my opinion the standard surgery offers is quite satisfactory
  My employment demanded access to my medical records as I was newly registered my medical records were in transit Getting records was a lengthy process but the surgery management paid a very keen professional interest and managed to get them in time before my deadline.
  
  I suffer from diabetes type 2 surgery provides oh very good diabetes nurse service with highly skilled staff and the clinic make sure all the necessary screening being done regularly.
  
  Receptionists are friendly always trying to help you with a smile.
  
  I'm very happy with the GP services that they provide in my opinion they are trying to achieve a highly professional service.
  The facility also is right next to the chemist which also provide a good service
