(October 22, 2020, 12:22 pm)I recently had an appointment with Dr. Ramirez at the Lakeway location. He was very professional and efficient. I had a through hearing test and was escorted to my second appointment on time to see Dr. Dharamsi. I was also given a print out of my exam results by Dr. Dharamsi.

(June 18, 2019, 11:47 pm)I love Dr. Guempel! She is absolutely amazing. I was in town visiting my daughter and needed to get my hearing aids cleaned and adjusted. Scheduling was easy and I was impressed by her knowledge and her professionalism. When I need to purchase my next set of hearing instruments, I will be sure to come back to Central Texas Hearing Center!

(February 4, 2019, 11:28 am)Dr. Guempel is amazing! I was extremely nervous about getting my hearing checked and the prospect of getting hearing aids. She was compassionate, patient and professional in assessing my needs and finding the right solution for me! She was thorough throughout the whole process and patiently explained everything in detail. I can be a bit of a headache but have never experienced such professionalism! If your considering getting your hearing assessed and/or if you need hearing instruments, I wouldn't go see any other person! ~JB
