I would give it a five but with the ATMs are so dang high off the ground that I have to literally get out of my car to make a transaction

This team is awesome! The branch manager and supervisor and their whole team are so good at what they do! They will sit with you and help with anything you need to be happy financially!

Awesome and friendly staff. I am particularly grateful to have Ms Jeanette as my personal banker. She is an amazing businessperson and is always willing to help you.

The customer service at the Aurora branch is amazing. Everyone is very helpful. Management goes out of there way to assist. During the pandemic its difficult dealing with customer who are irate and aggressive. They are patient and always smiling and ready to assist.

All my transactions with this organization have been professional, with the utmost quality of customer service. It is very easy to reach and speak with an actual person, and each time I do, it is a very pleasant experience. I would give them 10 gold stars if I could! I highly recommend this credit union for all your banking needs.💯😂
