A brilliant gym. Paul, Andrew and the whole team there are great. Never felt better after a session and no matter your level (I'm very amateur) they make time for you and get the best out of you.

This gym isn't like an average gym, It's unique in many ways no machines just you & the trainers who are outstanding, they will help in every possible way they can. This gym will teach you real techniques not only boxing. They push you to your best you keep going and can't give Up I couldn't think of a more motivating way to get fit & loose those extra pounds. They offer a varied timetable of classes so you don't have to miss out if u can't make it to one there will be another class that suits you. Get down there u don't know what your missing!!

Amazing dedicated trainers, they work you hard and have achieved the best results from them 2 dress sizes in 5 weeks!! Andrew and Paul are the nicest blokes to, they make it enjoyable. My son also attends the junior sessions and gives him something to look forward to and has really come out of his shell and given him a fantastic new boost of confidence, would definitely recommend this club to all
