MAD Greens - 7th Ave & McDowell

Great community environment. Pool and other amenities are fantastic. Diane at the front office great as well. They answer questions in a timely manner. Apartments are nice and up to date. Have had no issues during time here and will continue to stay.

The staff was very friendly and kept following up. I ultimately chose to take single family instead but would have considered this location due to school ratings.

I love living here. It’s safe, quiet, everyone is friendly. The office staff and maintenance are WONDERFUL! My ac stopped working and I didn’t realize it until around 5:30 when I got home from work. Maintenance immediately came to fix it (after hours, mind you) and when they couldn’t fix it that evening, brought me a portable ac unit and installed it for me for the night. They were back the next day and had it fixed in no time! I’ve lived here since July 2020 and I honestly don’t want to live anywhere else.
The only downside is that I’ve had two different neighbors since I’ve moved in and they’re both La Roche students who treat the building like a dorm hall. The second one was very obnoxious with his parties and started harassing me when my dogs would bark (they only barked because he would slam doors and blast music.) It got to the point where his friends were drinking outside of my door in the hallway on a week-long party binge between Christmas and New Years, and he started drunkenly harassing me to the point where he was pounding on my door at 10 at night to “address my dogs” (who hadnt even been barking at that time). I finally called management about it and they addressed it immediately. Another downside is the parking, but if you request a reserved spot, it’s not a problem (and it’s only like $20 or $25 a month- totally worth it.)

Excellent service. Very precise and flexible. Food was delicious. Looking forward to being a repeat customer.

The salads are very good. Varied menu offerings with two size portions. They offer a large variety of toppings of vegetables, fruit, cheese, and nuts, chicken, dressings. I like that the greens are fresh and carefully handled. The prices are competitive with the competition.
