My first time was the other day the 2 woman were so very nice I believe one was the owner I got a Strawberry banana shake with a scoop of plant based power it was a very enjoyable way do have a protein drink as we all know those protein powder can taste pretty nasty great place to go in fact my mom is on her way to get me a Chocolate banana this time great energy booster when you are in the area try them out or if you live here in Catoosa go try it out
