We have had St. Johns since we bought our house 7 years ago. Hurricane Irma was out first claim (we lost a screen patio, roof, and fence). The process was wonderful, we had several friend and family members who went through so many hoops to get money form their insurance providers, and we have had zero issues with St. Johns. The appropriate checks were sent after the inspection, and any differences were refunded promptly and without issue.

By far the best customer service we could of asked for during hurricane Irma. Our claim was resolved in less than a month. Always were available or returned our call in a timely manner. First claim I've had in the 9 years of living in Orlando and the St Johns' staff were patient and explained the process thoroughly.
