I couldn't have possibly been more impressed with the service from Caliber Collision from the day of my accident to the day I picked up. They arranged to get my car from the tow company, worked with the insurance company and the adjuster to make sure work got started as soon as possible. Once receiving the estimate from the adjuster, they worked with me to identify any missing parts, we found a few, and worked with insurance to get them added.

Every couple of days I would get a call, a text or both friends m my service manager to ensure I was up to date and manage my expectations. They got me my vehicle as soon as it was ready, even though there are a few back ordered accessories that need to be installed. I was so happy to get the rental returned and get back in my own vehicle.
