Patrick and his crew where very professional. He is patient and explained all the work and how it was to be done. He personally inspected the work at all stages to assure everything was done correctly.

I can’t say enough good things about Patrick and his team. Honest and professional every step of the process. I will be using them again when I need anything!

Our small house was in dire need of a new roof. I got three quotes and while Patrick’s wasn’t the lowest, his was the most comprehensive, thorough and included details others missed. He was responsive and very easy to communicate with. He is probably the nicest person you’ll ever meet. The roof came out great and Patrick was even willing to accommodate us by changing the rubber roof on the bulkhead, which we we didn’t like at first. We later admitted that he was right. 🙂
We will certainly use PKM for future projects!

I recently had my chimney reflashed and tuck-pointed by a different company. As a result I had leaking into my ceiling from water making it’s way down the sides of the chimney. That same company came to ‘redo’ their work. Same result - leaking.

I called a dozen contractors to give me an honest look. Patrick responded right away, came by to assess, and gave me an immediate quote. He and his crew did a thorough job and their price was a quarter of what some competitors gave. Fixed my leak and offered other ideas to improve my roof. Great guy. Great company. I will use them again.

Patrick and his entire crew were amazing! I called and the very same day he called back and was onsite the next day to provide a quote. He reappointed our chimney and redid the flash, along with fixing a poor siding job on the back on the house. The price was fair and the service was excellent! (Not to mention Patrick has an incredible life story that will leave you inspired!!)
