Small group training- it’s so freakin’ hard- in a great way! Everyone is super friendly and helpful and encouraging. I’m only in town for a month but If I was here permanently this would definitely be my home gym. And I will certainly visit when I’m in town!

Great gym with a community feel. The classes are small which make them feel like personal training. Would recommend for anyone looking to take their fitness to the next level.

Burns so much calories. Difficult enough to feel challenged and like there’s always somewhere to improve. You’ll feel so accomplished when it’s over.

Killer work out. I’ve gone only to the am classes but it’s usually pretty small with individualized training to meet your needs and fitness level that day. Definitely sore for a week after my first class but now I’m seeing a difference as I continue to go.
