He is a very knowledgeable and serious Dr, but is very caring and empathetic. He's excellent!

Dr. Cottle is the epitome of what a psychiatrist should be. He was extremely patient and kind during the process of titrating up my medication and then came up with a solution when my effective dose was causing side effects. I was suffering from extreme anxiety and depression and his reassurance and calm demeanor made the decision to try medication a much easier one. I consider his practice in medicine a blessing and I'm so grateful I have him as my psychiatrist. Go see him. Tell him I sent you.
I can't say enough about how great Dr. Cottle treats his patients! He is caring, thorough, understanding and probably the best psychiatrist in the Triad! I would never go to another psychiatric!!!!!
