Nothing like a year of ZOOM meetings to highlight my sagging eyes! Dr Picerno did an amazing job for me with an upper and lower blepharoplasty in Jan 2021. I am 62 and my skin is very good for my age—but I felt my eyes were making me look much older. I had no pain at all, and I highly recommend the “polar ice” machine to minimize swelling—it’s a game-changer! I am one who spends a lot of time outdoors and I had not taken good care of my skin for years. At the age of 71, I had several sun spots that even makeup could no long hide and I had many fine lines. So, In January of this year I decided to have the Mixto CO2 laser treatment done to my entire face.
I did “hide” at home for a couple of weeks while I recovered. Three follow up appointment followed my treatment and I healed well. Upon full recovery I couldn’t have been more pleased with the results.
. All of my sun spots are gone and many of the fine lines in my face disappeared as well.
After going through this procedure I have now decided to take care of my skin. I use good a good skin cleanser and daily skin cream. And, I am careful to wear sunscreen and hats when out doors where I most love to be.
I am so glad I decided to have this laser treatment. My skin is so nice now and I intend to keep it this way for years to come.
