Health Center of Hillsborough

I have had shoulder and back pain for almost 15 years due to a car door injury. I have also had back pain from added weight from lung cancer surgery 8 years ago.
I have been seeing Paul for almost 4 months now. After the first laser treatment, I have not had daily pain. My pain has been far less frequent and mainly after overexertion.
I also started on the Standard Process eating program and have lost 15 pounds so far. But the biggest benefit of the treatments and eating healthier has been my increased endurance. I exercise 5 days a week, sometimes 2 hours a day.
I am feeling better and better each day! Thank goodness I found the Health Center of Hillsborough! I am loving retirement more now than when I retired 4 years ago!

First time ever seeing a chiro and they took their time explaining everything and making me feel very comfortable. I had 2 ribs popped out of place for several years and they were able to get me back to normal.

I had been struggling with shoulder pain for over a decade and had visited various practitioners looking for relief-- physical therapists, massage therapists, and chiropractors. At its worst, my pain radiated from my shoulder toward my neck, with an intense stabbing sensation that was unbearable. Over time, my neck stiffened and it was difficult to get a good range of motion, which affected everything. My shoulder also lost some of its mobility which in turn, created pain, affected range of motion, and I developed poor posture. I had almost given up on finding the results I wanted until I walked into Dr. Aaron's office. Between the chiropractic, PT, massage therapy, and (most importantly) listening to my concerns, we've made real headway. After 2 months of treatment, my pain has decreased from a 4 to below a 1. I'm confident the 1 will eventually become a zero! I definitely recommend Health Center of Hillsborough to anyone who has tried "traditional" medicine and not gotten the desired results.
On the administrative side, Ebony has been extremely helpful with phone calls, scheduling appointments, and assisting with billing/insurance questions. The entire staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable, and I have never felt rushed or that I was being shuffled out the door so that the next patient can come in. That seems to be the norm in most Dr's offices these days.

Dr. Aaron is great. He uses far less needles than other acupuncturists I have been to. The way here is relatively none existent. They are also great to work you in same day. Just make sure to visit them at the Meadowlands Dr locale and not over by Hillsborough BBQ. That is their old location and for some reason Google will sometimes still list them as being over there.

All of the staff at the Health Center truly care about each patient and the community. After attending a free workshop presented by the Health Center earlier in the summer, I realized that I needed a different kind of exam to identify the underlying issues that needed improvement. That exam was very thorough and enlightening. The treatment from Dr. Aaron is compassionate and insightful. He truly listens to understand the patient's point of view and to better pinpoint the root causes and issues before prescribing a treatment plan. I have experienced significant improvement in motion, flexibility, and overall health in just 4 weeks! Thanks for all you do for the community at large and for your patients.
