Tim is very much customer first, and doesn't take every engagement as an opportunity to charge the customer a service fee. I called him up about my existing water softener that was suspected to not be working well due to calcium deposits in the water heater. He came by on a Sunday afternoon, double checked all the settings, made some programming updates and tested the water. He concluded all is well, and didn't even ask to be charged a service fee. Settled for a bottle of water :-)

I called as the water softener in my home and sticker on it and I had no clue about the product that was in the garage of my home (used house). The owner picked up the phone, answered all of my questions and even volunteered more help if he was not able to make it out in person due to a work backlog. Great service, knows his business, and will do right by the customer. Give him a call!

Tim installed one of the Vesta water softeners in our home back in the early summer this year and it has performed flawlessly. We live in Round Rock where the water is very "hard" (high calcium content). It is quite nice not having the calcium build up in our shower and other wet areas. I like to give a new product some time of service before giving it a review. We are very pleased with this product and its performance. Also, in my exchange with Tim, I found him to be very honest and educated in the water softening process and he takes the time to explain the process. We felt the price was also reasonable compared to so many that are on the market. We are grateful for our water softener and would highly recommend that you give Tim a call when in a search for an excellent water softener!

Very honest, took time to teach me about my water softener.

Tim installed a water softener and a RO treatment in my home several years back. I have had no problems with it at all. He even installed a hose bib end so I can hook up a hose and wash my cars spot free! He has come out every year to replace the filters in our RO. I am impressed with his attention to cleanliness and detail. He is polite and is always respectful in my home. I would recommend to anyone wanting a water treatment system.
