Artisan Quality Roofing

Artisan first did our roof inspection and then did the roof replacement. They were very prompt to do the inspection and provided a detailed report of the damages to the insurance company. Once the roof replacement was approved by our insurance company we waited a couple of months for the job to start because Artisan has a lot of demand. They were very responsive to questions we had. They gave us detailed instructions of the process, of when they were going to deliver the materials and the how we needed to prepare the area for their work. On the day of installation they were punctual and protected the bushes and area around our house. They completed the roof replacement the same day and they cleaned everything meticulously. We are very pleased with the work done by Artisan and would highly recommend them. Our roof looks great!

We had a great experience with Artisan. They came out on the day they told us they would, started on time, and finished on time. The roof looked great and the yard and driveway were clean when they finished.
The office staff was very responsive and answered all of our questions.
The one thing that stood out to us above all else, is that Artisan provided us a quote for the work without asking us what our insurance would pay. All of the other companies that we got a quote from insisted that we provide them what our insurance was willing to pay before giving us a quote.

Working with Artisan was awesome! They were helpful and kind, kept us informed, and did great work. We have a beautiful new roof, installed in one day by a super hardworking and polite crew. What is almost as amazing as the roof work, is the fact that when they left, except for the sign, there was nothing that showed we just had major work done. They were super careful with our plantings, garden, and deck furniture and everything was put back right where it came from.

Work performed was a full roof replacement. Artisan was very professional and reliable from beginning to end. They make a good use of technology to enhance the interaction with their company.
