Jasmine Mays has been, is, and will always be my favorite fitness idol. If you have not had a chance to take classes with her, DO IT! I promise you won’t regret it. You cannot and will not walk out of that gym without dripping some sweat! I love me some Jasmine Mays!!

Love the energy here! Beautiful, spacious, homey, and very welcoming atmosphere! The owner is one of Vegas' best fitness instructors around ever! She has the energy, stamina, and biggest heart of passion for fitness and each person she comes in contact with. Her love for fitness surpasses most people I've met in this industry!!! Getting in shape and staying in shape is tough. Without the proper guidance, support, and effort, it's tough to do it alone. I'm in awe of what Jasmine has created.
