This place is amazing. I bought a car recently and Bill couldn't have been more helpful. I arrived without an appointment, but Bill still welcomed me and my wife in. We got to take a few cars out for a test drive. Prices were clear, and i had done my homework before I went so I knew what the cars were worth. And so did Bill, thats why we didn't have to haggle on prices. There were a couple issues on the car, and Bill agreed to fix it before we finalized the deal. When I chose to use my credit union, Yvonne was able to meet me at my credit union branch to sign the paperwork. I went back later in that day to pick it up, and unfortunately the car had a fault popped up with the Airbag system. Bill set up an appointment to get it fixed and I took the car for a week to make sure everything else was good. Brought it back for the appointment and asked if he could have the AC looked at because it wasn't working quite as well as it should have. He had it fixed the next day. All in all, the whole process was very easy. I had gone on test drives at some other used car lots and many of them had the stereotypical high pressure used car salesman, coming up with an excuse for everything. But Certified Auto was definitely not that. If I need another car, I'll definitely be coming back here.
