Rare for Las Vegas, the staff is knowledgeable, polite and helpful. I don't know where they found their employees, but customer service is definitely a priority.

Although we didn't make a purchase. The staff was very informative and helpful. I didn't know that they cleaned or serviced cowboy hats. Store was clean and orderly.

I was placed in the hands of Kevin and can't imagine a better experience. I had quite a bit of interest to accommodate ankle and arch issues and this gentleman was very patient with me. This is my new boot store. Thanks Kevin!!🙌🏻
