This place is awesome, management is great although it's been shaky in the past. But John (a new manager) really cares not only about the employees but the animals. They're giving the animals way more space than before and putting them in beautiful tanks too. Shelly is the franchise owner and she's pretty great too, old school in both reward and discipline. Lori (daughter of the founder although she likes to take the credit), sucks pretty bad, daddy money got the best of her unfortunately. But the workers and great and hard working, managers are pretty much all great and super friendly and knowledgeable as well. They get some really exotic stuff too so make sure to stop by!

Love this place been coming here since 2009. They still have the picture I drew of a cat in 4th grade on the windows in front of the registers.

Best customer service experience I have ever had with managers. Nathan & Shelly were both extremely helpful & caring. They genuinely care about the animals & their customers!
