I've used Bryan as my trainer for the past three months and plan to continue using him. He creates a tailored workout for you each session, mixing up different exercises and different numbers of repetitions to vary the workout and impact on your physique, strength, and endurance. He is incredibly knowledgeable, explaining the science behind each exercise, the number of repetitions, how the exercises complement each other, and what to eat/drink after your workout. I've been working out for decades, but Bryan has increased my exercise knowledge hugely in just a few months. I highly recommend him!

He takes the time to tailor the exercises to your strength and has always been extremely supportive in terms of both accomplishments and failures, and I've never felt belittled or unmotivated while working out with him.
