Love this gym! It's a great place for any experience level. They make you feel right at home.
This is home. It has plenty to destroy your body with, and everyone there is nice. The atmosphere is laid back and doesn't ever get too crowded. The owner is an awesome dude, knows his stuff, and is more than willing to help out.
Best gym around the Lexington NC area
Great place to exercise with minimal crowding overnight!!! Better facility and cleaner than the Arcadia location by far!!
