Michael knows how to treat the Genesis Customer properly.
My experience with him has been better than my experiences with BMW as well as Mercedes. This is our third Genesis. In the past we have had 7 BMWs and 2 MBS. We will continue to buy Genesis Vehicles.

I continue to be pleased with the customer service. I leased a car 3 years ago and had a great salesman - David Sullivan, who has since been promoted. This time I worked with Brandon Layton, and he was just as non-pressuring as David. In addition, the service department over the years has been very customer-focused. I really appreciate this organization.
