Rocky Creek Village

Great Service. Had been on several waiting list looking for a vehicle for days. Called Bardstown Rd location their manager got me in something less than an hour later.. Thanks, AWESOME SERVICE

Had a great experience at this location picking up a reserved car. I made the reservation a month before with them on the phone since was easier. Kendall made the pick up easier for me and a perfect customer service from him and his Manager. Will definitely come back to this location when visiting again Louisville.

I worked at Rocky Creek Village many years back. I worked in the model center as a receptionist and did several other duties that the other employees would not get off their butts and do. So I transferred to home health care which was awesome everyone in their did their jobs and worked hard. And I never found the part owner Mr Lupo to be an unreasonable person. For what it's worth, there were occasions when family members would just drop their elderly relatives at the model center and just leave them there. Sad. I remember one elderly woman who did not want to be there and was very depressed when she first got there very unhappy but within a week she was getting her hair done she was socializing and always had a smile on her face. maintenance department was the worst very hard to get them to do anything. None of them spoke English so maybe they didn't understand. I don't know but it was frustrating. Yes there were roaches even back then and termites and other issues but the mobile homes were older and it is Florida so it's kind of hard to keep up on that but I agree the conditions definitely could have been better. My evaluation would be that it is a place for low income people as the rents were low and included electricity. I'm not going to put the place down because I seen how it did so much good for the elderly. Always activities going on and for the most part the residents seemed content with their lives at Rocky Creek Village

After several weeks of research, I found Rocky Creek Village the best managed ALF around. The site Manager, Joe Gianni.is the most available, patient, and compassionate person I've met in years. Making accommodations for my precious 91 year old father's care has not been an easy decision, but I would not hesitate having them care for him by Rocky Creek Village. Over the past several weeks, Joe responded to endless calls and texts and took me me on a one-on-one, spontaneous, 1 hour tour of the entire Facility, nothing was "off limits" I was allowed to take my own video and pictures of the actual rooms my Dad would have access to. Joe was extraordinarily detailed in response to my questions, and asked many questions himself, to be sure my dad would be comfortable and taken care of. Other locations were no where nearly as responsive, detailed, interested or transparent. I wouldn't hesitate placing my dad there, knowing it's managed by such a caring person like Joe Gianni.

My Mom lived out the last 5+ years of her life at Rocky Creek Village. We'd have to say they ended up being her best years! At RC they treated her like family, were respectful of her decisions and wishes while still being so very helpful. She loved the co-residents and the staff. She thrived socially, physically, spiritually and emotionally here. Even during the pandemic, with precautions in place, she always felt safe and attended to. We are so thankful that our mother had a "home" at Rocky Creek Village.

I’ve been trying to find the words to express my appreciation for all the ways you’ve helped my mom over the years. While encouraging her to accept additional help, you also respected mom’s decisions about what to do and what not to do—and more than just respecting her decisions, you actively championed her right to make autonomous decisions.
