Jeremy was the best with helping me purchase my first car through the awesome loan programs they offer. ACU of Texas will always have my top vote when it comes to credit unions . I love spreading the word to all of my family/friends. Thank you for your loyal service ! -

(May 9, 2019, 9:49 am)This bank is by far the nicest, friendliest, and the most accommodating bank I've ever had the privilege of joining. Super reliable service, and extremely helpful. I've personally seen one of the bank managers, Jeremy Howell, on several occasions and he treats me like family every single time and even knows my name when I walk in the door! Don't be fooled by any of these "bad reviews", Mr. Justin Hunt's review below doesn't even make sense. The ATM was simply moved over to lane 1 so the sun wouldn't damage the screen anymore. Nice observation skills there Justin. Do yourself a favor and join ACU of Texas, head to this particular branch, request to see Jeremy Howell, and see if you aren't immediately more satisfied with their customer service and knowledge.
