The team here is amazing to work with. I ordered 4 service plaques for co-workers who were leaving the agency. I was able to receive my items earlier than expected and I was able to gift my recipient before they moved out of state. They completed it right on time. It made my day today. Incredibly quick turnaround for something I asked for totally last minute. I had first called several other places and then stumbled upon this store in a google search. Everyone else wanted 1-4 weeks for laser engraving and Crown Trophy did it for me in practically an hour and for the lowest price quoted to me out of 4 other places. So happy I found their page and will not be using anyone else. An added bonus was the great customer service, easy and prompt communication. Couldn't be more grateful.

I have ordered trophies and medals from this company and worked with Jackie both times. I asked for their service in a crunch both times. Not only did they have my order ready as promised, it was ready EARLIER than the date/time I was given. Jackie has been an amazing person to work with and I am grateful that I was able to connect with this company. I tried another last year. Getting a respond was very difficult.
