I really enjoyed working with Gembuilt. They were so easy to work with, great energy, took charge and handled every last detail so you don't have to worry. I felt like I could take a step back and let them take control. The site visits were always a great experience because the project manager came prepared with items to go over. I would definitely use her for future renovation projects!

I hired GemBuilt after talking with two neighbors who raved about working with Gad. We wanted to remodel our kitchen and open up our space by removing a wall. When we first met, he proposed a layout that didn't make intuitive sense to me. He asked me to trust him and I am so glad I did! He has a good eye for use of space and for the smallest details. We love our kitchen and are so happy we followed his advice every step of the way.

Absolutely great experience working with the GemBuilt crew! We went with them after interviewing 4 other vendors and cancelling a prior contract with a different vendor. We found them via word of mouth (neighbors). They delivered on what they committed for from start to finish.

I would recommend these guys hands down. They were reliable, reasonable and very professional. They worked hard to get the job done (from permites to construction) as quickly as possible without sacrificing quality. Gad is friendly and truly cares about his clients and the outcome. I've heard so many stories about things that can go wrong. I am very fortunate to have found GemBuilt!

Gad and his crew added a second story to our home and completely remodeled the existing structure. We were very happy with the quality of work and how quickly they finished. He was a great communicator and looked out for our best interest.
