This has been a fantastic purchasing experience. The staff at Vann York worked with me remotely with fully transparent prices so that I could knowingly make my decision in purchasing a truck. They made sure paperwork got signed in time even when I couldn’t come into the dealership. They fully earned the 5-star review, and working with David French and Grant Anderson in the process was easy and painless. David made sure I knew everything I needed to get done and when and grant led the charge with contacting me and finding the vehicle I wanted that met my checklist. Hats off to Vann York.

Brian Sanders was excellent and answered all of our questions. He was so helpful walking us through the stages of car buying as it has been 25 years since we bought a personal vehicle. Brian was very knowledgeable on our vehicle and was able to show us all of the neat stuff it had to offer. I would also like to say that Larry Davis in finance was awesome and made for a smooth transaction experience. Vann York Auto should be very proud to have Brian and Larry representing it's company.

This was one of the best dealership buying experiences I've had. Because I don't live locally in Highpoint, NC, the entire sale was completed online and via text message except for the actual pick-up of my new Chevy Colorado. The customer service was excellent. Isaac was very helpful and courteous and went out of his way to help me. I have to give Larry in finance props too, as he was quick and to the point. I recently bought a new GMC Acadia here and it was my first experience at this dealership. I had the pleasure of dealing with salesman Rodney Connor, and he went above and beyond to make sure I was completely satisfied with my purchase. His communication skills are commendable—-he kept me updated the whole time and answered all my questions promptly. For many women including myself, buying a new vehicle can be very intimidating, but the staff here made the process very easy. I was given a fair offer for my trade and the sales manager was willing to negotiate to reach the price point I was hoping for.
