I got water in my basement twice from an MSD backup and Atlas came out quickly and was so wonderful and caring and took great care of me!!! We had water damage from a malfunctioning sump pump. I thought I could take care of the drying of the carpeting which was a huge mistake. It started to smell no matter how many fans I used, day and night. Atlas was referred to me by my insurance company and what a breath of FRESH air the Project Manager was. The work was done with no inconvenience to us and the job was excellent in repairs. I highly recommend them. In my line of work I have had to use other companies and terrible process.
The final job looked beautiful. I was very impressed with their professionalism, quality of work and courtesy. Jeff and Tony were outstanding. Thanks Guys.
