Both Joshua & Manny were great and really took their time to explain the key differences in the different iPhone 12 models that are available. Unfortunately, they do not have the model or color iPhone that I am looking for (No big deal). I am in the greater Tampa area for 2 days on business, and I am unfamiliar with the local area. Joshua took his time to help me find another T-mobile store along my route that typically carries the iPhone 12 model I am looking for. Joshua’s customer service skills were top knotch, and both Manny & he were extremely helpful! I only wish I could have upgraded my phone there so these guys got credit for the sale. Instead, I am sharing this positive review, so their excellent work is acknowledged to the interwebs. Keep up the great work!
