Greenmar Apartments

When I moved here, I was beginning to rebuild my life as a single mom after a bitter divorce. I will never forget surprising my daughter by bringing her here to show her our new home. The place was spotless and felt so ready to move in. I didn't have to come in and scrub and clean on top of everything else going on. The lady responsible, Wanda, is beyond amazing. After meeting her, she not only made my daughter and I feel at home and welcome and safe, I also learned how dedicated she is to making sure every apartment she goes into is thoroughly cleaned and ready. She takes great pride in her work and makes sure nothing is half done. Her standards for not only herself, but for the job she does is high and she continues to reach even higher than those standards. She is genuinely one of the main reasons living here has been one of the best experiences.

We are going on our 3rd year at Greenmar and very pleased with living here and the service we get. If I had an issue, questions or service problems they are quick to get it resolved or help. I love the office team in this community. Specially Nikki at the office. Many times has she been very helpful, kind and understanding. The neighborhood is great and quiet. The school district rocks. We are thankful for our time here.

I have lived at Greenmar for 3 years. Living at Greenmar has been a very nice experience. The setting of the campus is peaceful. I feel safe here, even when walking my dogs at night. Also, the Office Staff, Ashton and Nikki are exceptional. Whenever I have had to put in a work order for maintenance, they are very good about having the repairs made when convenient for me.
Come live at Greenmar you will like it.

I have been a resident at Greenmar Apartments for a little over 10 years.. The apartments are very clean and easy to maintain.. The office staff here is great.. I am especially found of Ashton in the office.. She is super friendly, easy to talk to and ALWAYS willing to help in any situation.. She and the rest of the office staff here really care about helping and assisting the residents in any way they can.. The maintenance staff here is also really great too.. They are prompt, friendly and efficient.. All the buildings back up to wooded areas giving the complex a sense of privacy and peaceful surroundings smack dab in the middle of St. Louis county.. The location is also very good, so close to many stores, restaurants and parks.. This really is an excellent place to live!
