Blanchette Park

Great playground for kids. A public pool in the summer. Three baseball fields. A nice half mile loop to run. Great park.

Great park, great playground. The bathroom situation was pretty annoying as it's basically impossible to find (I had to ask someone) and too far away from the playground. I felt uncomfortable leaving the kids to walk that far away, and when the youngest needed to go, I had to walk him all the way there. He's capable of going on his own, but since you can barely see it, it's hard to point it out. It's hidden behind trees with no signs at all.

I understand installing bathrooms is a big job, but at the very least some very clear signs that show where it is would be incredibly helpful.

This is our favorite park in the St. Charles area. Seems to be less crowded than Jaycee but still a lot of fun. Very cool playground with lots of slides. There are a couple pavilions and a nice walking trail with some memorials. Park is located in back at a safe distance from any baseball fields. Bathroom close to the playground area. There is a smaller toddler size climber and slide play area off to the side and an exercise area. My kid always asks to go to this park. It’s a lot of fun!
