Natalie and Gari are the most courteous, knowledgeable, and caring women in this business I have ever met. I can tell they love their job and they care about you as a customer and what u would like to fit your needs. Thank both of you ladies! I will definitely recommend people for your facility.

Amy’s customer service was on point,I wasn’t too happy at the time that I called Public Storage but she remained calm as sweet and was nice enough to help me with some concerns I had . Don’t hesitate to reach out to her at the Mesquite location ..

Upon arrival I was greeted by Amy and Natalie, they were very polite and welcoming. Natalie checked me in; She was very kind, professional, knowledgeable and helpful. She helped me find the unit that was best for my needs at a wonderful rate. Her customer service is amazing. Thank You Natalie and Amy for helping me. I recommend this location for anyone looking for an affordable storage with great customer service to assist your needs.
