Great gym, fantastic staff! The gym is very clean and has all the equipment you could ask for. The new owners truly care about the gym and their members.

He was more than I expected, really give you the whole package. He educates you on nutrition, portion control, fitness and also on routines you can do at home. He has a complete gym in his private home garage plus he does massages. He’s awesome I wish I would have meet him along time ago.

Here is my advice. Go to LA Fitness if you want to pay an arm and a leg for personal training, be put into a contract and get no results. Oh, and the gym membership. Go to Johnathan if you’re a results over looks person. He’s local personal trainer who has his gym in his garage. You do the same exercises and get results because he takes a personal interest in you. You’re not just a number and he gets to know you. After training with him for 5 months I would never got back to those big box gyms. They charge 3x what I pay here.

This is how his workouts go...you think you're going to do one type of exercise that you've done many times before but WAIT he throws a curve ball in. Something very subtle and you think it's no big deal. Well, that one change makes the entire movement feel completely different and you're struggling just to get to 12 reps. That's kinda his "super powers" where he takes something that looks easy and at the last minutes adds a change. You'll hate him in that moment but appreciate after. Most personal trainers put you on machines but you can expect very little of that with Johnathan.

He is a wonderful trainer. He has been my trainer for over 3 year! The 1-on-1 training really has helped me reach my fitness goals in a reasonable amount of time. He was very patient consistent, motivating and overwhelmingly knowledgeable and supportive in fitness. If you are looking to reach your maximum potential, he is definitely the right trainer for you! I highly recommend him! Btw he provides outstanding massages service too. :)
