It was easy contacting the Service Department to get an appointment. When I arrived, Dale was friendly and helpful checking me in for the service.
The most important part is it was QUICK!
Nothing I hate more than sitting around waiting for anything, let alone service on my car. Karl Flammer Ford in Tarpon Springs was quick and efficient. The waiting room was air conditioned, had complimentary coffee available and vending machines. In and out in less than an hour.

The service and parts department are outstanding. I dealt with Dale K., the service advisor and lady at parts department ( sorry couldn't remember the name), both went above and beyond to assist. I been there 4 times for various services, from Tire replacement on my wife's SUV to installation for off road rims/tires and leveling kit on my truck, Dale's work ethics exceptional. Highly recommend to see Dale.

This was the best buying experience I have ever had with a dealership. Mack is truly a one-of-a-kind type of sales man. He took the time to show us all the features, set up my Ford Pass and answer any and all questions we had. I never felt pressured in anyway. I wish I could give him more than 5 stars. He was amazing!!

We just purchased a 2021 Ford Escape. We had gone to 2 dealers. Neither of which even acknowledged us. At one we even headed into the showroom looked at a car and still no one came to ask if we needed help. After that we headed to Karl Flammer Ford. Right after we got there Steve Gonzalez came out to greet us and offer help. After looking at a few vehicles we chose one and started the process. Steve never pressured or pushed us in any way. He was professional yet friendly, open, funny and helpful..answering any and all questions we had. We have decided that in all our years of buying a car he’s the best salesman we’ve have ever had. We feel like we got a fair deal! Even the finance manager was wonderful. My husband said she’s the best one we’ve ever dealt with. Offered up all the extra options available but didn’t push us in any way. Every single employee we encountered was friendly. We would never hesitate to recommend this dealership to anyone. Do yourself a favor and don’t even waste your time going anywhere else! We are extremely happy customers!

everyone was friendly, seemed honest, and knowledgeable. Waiting room was fairly comfortable and clean. free coffee machine excellent. Vending machine was low priced. Much better service than I received at dealership I bought car at. I went there !'st time for 30K service. Elder had said would cost $600, they did it for $300. My only complaint is often when you arrive on time for appointment takes a while to get to you.
