Shred415 Lewis Center is the first gym I’ve belonged to. I took the free class and instantly felt like family there. Every workout varies, but you get to pick your speed and intensity.

I joined Shred415 about a year ago on a whim. They were closer to my house than another boutique gym I had been attending. I absolutely LOVE the Shred415 classes and family. All of the instructors and staff make it a point to get to know you - personally. And they call you by name during your workout (which is highly motivating). The workouts themselves are awesome. They are varied enough to keep me interested. I am never bored. The instructors are all great at motivating you each time you go to do just a little bit more... or go just a little bit faster. But I also truly appreciate that Shred415 is built for ANY fitness level. There are people in the classes who are full-blown runners (run marathons, etc.) and then there are folks who are newer to exercise classes. The cool thing about Shred415 is that YOU control your workout. The instructors give you guidance, but you are the one choosing the weight... or choosing your speed. I highly recommend Shred415 to anyone looking for a supportive exercise atmosphere! Worth every penny spent!

I like the diversity of workouts during each circuit. The trainers have a ton of experience and always available to provide guidance and support. The staff and management are super friendly. The workouts focus on building strength and endurance. Every time i am in class I know that at the end of the class I feel accomplished.
