TGH Brandon Healthplex

I have been to BHP a few times. ER Was excellent. Got great care & treatment. Building is so beautiful, clean and modern. For OP Procedure, I was supposed to be at 6AM & was there, couple of other patients who were told to be there was also present. However the girls who is supposed to check us in was late and had to wait for about 20 minutes to check in. Over all, nice kind staff and I am glad TGH is reaching out to patients who cannot make it out to Tampa. Wish we had more specialist over there.

I see the USF Obstetricians and they are amazing!! The front desk workers, nurses, midwives, ultrasound technicians, and doctors are all top notch! I am so thankful I switched to them! My Doctor explains everything simply and double checks that I fully understand. He always hears my concerns and answers questions in a non judgemental manner. Your privacy and HIPPA are taken very seriously by the staff here. It's hassle free to reschedule, ask questions through the online portal, and get a hold of the office on the phone. I will always recommend USF health to anyone who will listen!
As far as the hospital as a whole, the staff is very welcoming and helpful. It is a clean and relaxing environment.
