    I am thrilled with two recent laptop repairs from Mac Medics. They added nice service extras for free and worked with Apple for outstanding warranties. They are also US government (NDAA) compliant and that saves us extra paperwork, really pleased.

    Dana Stibolt and the team at MacMedics are top notch. They have now serviced my Mac(s) for over a decade. I am not a local, so I mail my computer to the team to service, upgrade and most recently replace. Recommendations are always made to provide me with the best product at a reasonable price point.     They provide prompt and professional service. They organized their entry and egress to protect customers and themselves during this time of COVID. My husband and I have both been customers for about six years now and always receive high quality services.

    Forget Apple... The real geniuses are at MacMedic. In fact, they should be wearing capes. They truly know their business. I would go to them again without hesitation. Excellent customer service. Superior experience overall.
