Darrel Baumbach General Contracting

We selected Darrel (Les) to be our contractor when we completely remodeled our kitchen, breakfast area, laundry room and entry. Les and Larry (architect consultant) were easy to work with and patient during our decision process. They assisted and guided us in the design of the project and selection of tile for floors and backsplash, granite for the counter tops, cabinets, appliances (converted our stove top from electric to gas), paint colors while insuring the choices were ours. They accompanied us to various places for selection of tile, granite, appliances, etc. The selection process was made easier with their guidance.
Les has a very high standard for the work he does. He demands this of his people and the subcontractors he uses. The people working with Les (especially Phil) and (subcontractors) were excellent craftsmen in their trade, timely, polite and were respectful of our home and us. It was a pleasure working with everyone involved in our remodel.

We had our kitchen and pantry redone last summer. Our kitchen looks great! Friends that have visited insist that we've expanded the room because it's more spacious and much more storage space. The space, the details and the craftsmanship...all outstanding.

I had a whole-home remodel about three years ago. It was a wonderful experience! Staff were all friendly and responsible and did excellent work. Since I stayed in my home while remodeling, we were in close proximity; they were respectful of my privacy and even interacted with my two four-legged fur-babies. Les (Darrel) and Larry (consultant) were super to work with; very patient with me while making decisions and helpful with suggestions. They would even accompany me to different places (tile, cabinets, etc.). They were also willing to make changes mid-stream, if necessary. The results were/are amazing; they turned a 30-year-old home into a “new” home and I love it! I would highly recommend them for any size job!

Recently Darrel helped me get a former home ready for sale...and I appreciated the input and work that was quickly completed. Also, about eight years ago, Darrel did a simple remodel upgrade at my house. I thought the cost was very fair and the finished project was exactly what I wanted. For me, I was impressed that Darrel worked around my schedule and assisted with the planning, inspection and sign-off by Fresno County. If someone needs a contractor who knows what they are doing, I'd recommend Darrel.
