An amazing place to work. Staff treat the residents like they are their own family. Staff continuously try to create different activities for the residents to give them a sense of belonging. The staff makes each of the residents of elgin feel they are the most important. The administrator has an employee of the month and gives out a prize. Working away from home you are really at home while being at work.

I work as a Case Manger for the elderly and have had several challenging client at Elgin House. The staff are always very caring and receptive to instructions on how to improve care for the residents. I love working with the Administrator Jasmine. She is great at problem solving difficult situations and building positive relationship with her residents. The small home like facility is always clean and welcoming.
