Less than 2 hours after I posted a review on Newport Cleaners in Brannon Crossing, the owner, Jordan McCoy, called me to say the problem (employee not wearing a mask) had been handled. I was very impressed that he stayed on top of the reviews, and that he took the time to call me personally. I will have no problem going back into the store and feeling safe. Thank you so much Mr McCoy for handling this so promptly and professionally. -
