I started with Without Limits Performance 8 weeks ago and I was very unsure how it would turn out. I am so happy I stuck with this gym and Kaylee. I finally feel as though I have started my journey to losing the weight I have wanted to and started getting back to a healthy life style. I am so appreciative of everyone at the gym and their support. Everyone makes this gym a worthwhile place to join! It's not just an ordinary gym, excellent people and excellent facility. Can't wait to continue my journey !

I love love love it here!!! Without Limits performance is a safe place that I feel comfortable and really made tremendous progress! If lost all my baby weight, inches and really toned up! Kaylee has worked with me through injuries, preparing meals, specially designed workouts to target all of my main goals! I love her and shes so knowledgeable and encouraging!

I have been going to Without Limits Performance for about 6 months. I have had a personal trainer before but this program is hands-down the best! First, it is much cheaper and provides more than the others. It also has meal plans that are easy to do and produces proven results. It is also fun, which, let's face it, is very important for workouts. Lastly, the total-body workouts are very effective in changing your body shape but don't leave you extremely sore in one area like other workout programs do. I am very thankful for Kaylee and Without Limits Performance - it has changed my lifestyle to be more healthy and in a sustainable way.

I've been going to this gym for almost three months now, and I just finished a six week challenge that included meal plans, daily motivation, and unlimited classes. I was relatively in shape before, but I managed to lose almost 6 pounds and 2.3% of body fat, and I look great! Kaylee does a wonderful job continually challenging you to reach new levels. I will be going here for a long time.

What I found inside was an amazing personal trainer providing every essential aspect in toning and loosing weight from rigorous workouts to exactly what my body needed to eat everyday.
