I had my hair done at Image Hair Salon few times and I love it! She did a great job on my haircut everytime! Great price too! Highly recommend!

I was On my way From Houston To Austin and called last minute But They Took me in. Gave Me a great offer on my hair and got me out of there in less than 2 hours!! I’m very much impressed! both ladies were super sweet and made sure my hair came out the way I wanted it ! Definitely will visit again ! Thank you!

The employees are amazing, they are kind and fun. However, the color quality or consistency is poor. I went in asking for a brown-red, my results were purple. I understand that blonde can cause issues with taking colors. However, purple did not sit well with me or my profession. I called and the employee said I could come right away (super friendly and super nice). We agreed that a dark brown was the best choice. However, after the first round of toner, I still had purple hair. She performed a second. She ensure me the purple was eliminated after blow drying. I leave once more trusting that is gone. However, once I sat in the car I immediately notice the purple again. So naturally I’m disappointed. I am too embarrassed and frustrated to go back a third time. Again super NICE people, maybe it’s just me.

Update: The employees immediately contacted me to address my concerns. I will be returning Monday for correct. She explained her fear of applying too dark of a color. I will say providing excellent customer service is the salon’s passion. I will update my review after Monday :)

Their Covid protocols were on point. I feel safe and comfortable to come here for a haircut. The hair stylist was very friendly and nice. We had really good conversation, very relaxing atmosphere. I enjoyed the head massage so much, my head feels much lighter. She gave me a beautiful and easy to manage haircut. I appreciated for her talented work.

I have been to Image Hair Salon 3 times and I always leave the place with a great feeling. Each hairstylist does a great job, for a great price. The hair color with highlights is amazing, they picked the right color that fits to my skin so well. Lynn works super fast and very detail oriented. She checks the cut several times to make sure it’s correct and exactly how you like it. I can recommend this place to anyone. Make an appointment or walk in. Thank you for my nice hair! 🙂❤️🙏🏻
