This is easily from my experience the best company I've worked for. You get treated and paid with respect. You're not micromanaged as all they expect is for you to do your job and be a professional. Also the equipment is always in great shape as long as you communicate if you have any issues. Communication goes a long way both sides. They're very understanding if you need personal time off for something which is great in my honest opinion. Overall even before I got into trucking, this is the best company I've ever worked for and I highly recommend it.

This company has much respect for their drivers. They are understanding when drivers need to take time off for personal affairs. Open door policy between owners and employees. New and well maintained equipment. Great pay and all the miles a driver could ask for. After 2 1/2 years I have no plans on going anywhere else. Highly recommended for anyone willing to put forth the effort to achieve success!

Wonderful company! In so many ways, new and newer equipment, always kept in top-notch condition. Consistent loads every week, never sitting around waiting for work.
The pay, is the best I’ve seen, and I have actively pursued many comparisons!
This is a family owned and operated business and they take care of us drivers like we are one of the family, always making exceptions for any requests.
All of the other drivers that I have encountered are great and highly skilled individuals. Everyone works hard to make Team GTX a fulfilling place to work! I have been working for this company for over two years now, and was praying for a company just like this when I got out of school.

This is a great place to be employed. Newer Kenworth trucks, top of the line trailers, excellent pay, and great regular home time. Family owned business who treat their employees like family.
