Having gone through the purchase process now several times with REI Nation, I continue to be impressed with how easy they are to work with. Each member of the team, from Portfolio Advisory to Closing and management, is friendly and responsive. I thoroughly enjoy the process and am confident the properties I purchase are going to provide my residents with a safe and quality home. After each purchase I was sent a survey - and they actually take the time to read them share the feedback with their teams! I haven't seen customer support taken so seriously and it continues to give me confidence as a customer. The properties are hands off and managed well. I get a call each month for a brief property update. I finally get to spend my time as a property owner and not a property manager.
