Shawn provided some of the most professional service I have ever received from anyone. He responded quickly to my request. He arrived at the time he promised. He installed an outlet for an electric stove and returned the next day when the stove couldn't be connected. He went above and beyond to assure my stove would fit where it wad supposed to go.
